We’re starting a new feature on our blog called “Bride Love”. Here you’ll find real brides wearing the fabulous wedding dresses we carry at Amy’s Bridal, along with a little anecdote. Today we share the story of Anna & Josh, written by Anna’s best friend and maid of honor Judy …
“Anna and I have known each other for about 19 years. It’s really crazy to think that we’ve known each other for almost two decades. We met at church and have grown up together, pretty much side by side since.”
“We’ve been through just about every milestone together. We did First Communion together and I watched you get your first tattoo. I remember visiting you at your first job. I recall how crazy cool your first car was, the white station wagon that died on us after the 311 and Sublime concert.”
“And now I’m here by your side on your wedding day. I couldn’t be prouder of you and everything that you’ve accomplished. You’ve always had this brightness, where everything goes a little bit better when you’re around. There’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll always be friends.”
“Josh, I’m so happy that you and Anna found each other. You’re a gentleman and a really great man. In all the years I’ve known Anna, I’ve never seen her more radiant and confident as she is with you. You guys have already built a great life together so far. I’m so excited to see how much more is in store for you.”
In addition to purchasing her gorgeous gown from our boutique, Amy’s Bridal also had the pleasure of providing day-of coordination for Anna and Josh’s wedding. They were so genuine and lighthearted – their wedding was an absolute blast and it was an honor to be a part of it! The little details: Anna is wearing style 6391 by Stella York.
